I started working for NSR and have found the career of my dreams. For 20 years I've been helping my own athletes get recruited, but now I get to help athletes in all sports across the entire country with a great system.
After playing collegiate sports myself it led me to coaching at various High Schools, clubs and coaching softball collegiately. As a mom going through the whole recruiting process with one son who has had a 4 year successful swim career at a D1 top 15 program and looking forward to the same for my other son who is an NSR student-athlete going to attend a D2 college in swimming is very enlightening. Having witnessed many of their friends missing out on college recruiting opportunities because they either thought they would just get it handed to them or had no clue how to go about it, I knew how much NSR and I were needed.
There is no greater feeling than an athlete of mine receiving a scholarship especially your own child. The financial pressure is off the parents and the hard work has paid off for the athlete. As a parent of 2 student-athletes, I truly appreciated it. I'm passionate about what I do. I love the families I work with. I'm truly blessed to be a part of NSR.
